Refund Policy

At Bawabat Al Dawa Medicine Store (BAMS), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and safety with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

  • Prescription medications

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Products returned without proof of purchase

  • Products not stored as per recommended conditions

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a refund or exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is expired upon arrival

  • The item was not delivered at all

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable

  • Wait for our customer care team to assess and approve your request within 2 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days

  • For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

  • If your item qualifies for an exchange due to damage or incorrect delivery, we will arrange for a free replacement

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
